Policies
Welcome to Love at First Drip! To ensure a smooth experience for our clients and staff, we have outlined our policies below. Please review them carefully before booking your IV therapy appointment.
We are open by appointment only & our hours may vary. Please visit our Online Booking Calendar to see current availability.
HOURS
Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time, and no more than about 5 minutes early. Our office runs strictly on an appointment schedule and we cannot accommodate any early or late arrivals.
ARRIVAL TIME
Medical Intake Form: All clients are required to complete the medical intake form prior to their appointment. This allows our medical team to review your health history and ensure you are a suitable candidate for IV therapy. If your form is not completed in advance, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Appointment Confirmation: Your appointment will only be confirmed once the medical intake form has been reviewed and approved.
BOOKING AND INTAKE FORMS
We require at least 24 hours' notice for all cancellations. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. This fee is necessary as our IV bags are custom-prepared for each client. Once mixed, these bags are sensitive and have a limited shelf life, rendering them unusable for future appointments. When a session is canceled without sufficient notice, it results in wasted supplies
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. If you rebook for a same-day appointment and the prepared IV bag can still be used, the rescheduling fee may be waived. However, if the bag cannot be reused, the same fee of 50% of the service cost will apply.
RESCHEDULING
Clients who fail to show for appointments will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount and may be asked to pre-pay for any future services. Any client who has not arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time is considered a No Show.
NO SHOW POLICY
All IV therapy services are non-refundable once administered. This policy is in place because our IV bags are custom-prepared for each individual’s needs and cannot be reused or repurposed once mixed. Additionally, the effects of IV therapy vary from person to person, and while most clients experience positive outcomes, the results cannot be guaranteed. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy and understand that our staff is dedicated to providing the best possible care and service.
REFUND POLICY
Mobile IV therapy services incur travel fees, which vary based on location.
Please contact us to see if your location is covered for mobile IV therapy. If you live outside our service area, additional fees may apply.
TRAVEL FEES
High-Risk Cases: If you have any medical conditions or concerns that put you at high risk, our staff will consult with our Medical Director to determine if IV therapy is safe for you. Safety is our top priority.
Sanitation and Safety: Our clinic follows strict sanitation protocols, including wearing gloves, sterilizing equipment, and maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for your safety and peace of mind.
